We offer young people the opportunity to buy a room (our product) for roughly the same monthly cost they would typically spend on rent (e.g. €400/month). After five years they could accumulate up to €35000 in value which they can then use as a down payment for a mortgage or to reach other financial goals. We address the lack of access to homeownership and the difficulty young people face in building savings especially in a housing market with high purchase prices and expensive rents.
